We want to remind parents that EACS Transportation requires students to be out and visible at their assigned bus stops 5 minutes before the designated bus stop time regardless of the weather conditions. Bus drivers are expected to slow down at designated bus stops but are not required to stop if no students are out and visibly ready to board the bus. If you are transporting your student to the bus stop in a car EACS expects the students to quickly exit the car and board the bus and expect the parent or caregiver to park their car legally and respectively for other traffic and the bus to make a safe bus stop at the designated location.
