Meth Awareness In Our Community

Meth Awareness In Our Community
Posted on 10/15/2013

An important program "METH AWARENESS IN OUR COMMUNITY" will be presented by a dynamic speaker, Trooper Andy Smith, Master Trooper, Indiana State Police and investigator with Meth Suppression Section. This program will be held at Woodlan Jr./Sr. High School on Tuesday, October 29 from 7:00-9:00PM in the small gym-doors 3 or 4.

The slide show will include a question and answer period to learn more about how this drug affects the body and lives of the addicts.

The Meth Awareness program is open to parents, young people and all other interested people in our community. There is no rehab available for those who have become addicted by meth.

This program is sponsored by the Harlan Lions Club, Students Helping Others Club, and Woodlan Jr./Sr. High School. We hope the community will support this important effort to protect the residents and especially the young people from this dangerous drug.
